摘要

主要研究在ZL107合金中加入0.05%的FeBSi非晶合金

通过不同时间细化变质对ZL107合金铸态和热处理后组织与性能的影响。结果表明

加入0.05%的FeBSi非晶合金后ZL107合金的抗拉强度和伸长率明显增加

其中保温时间为30 min时

合金抗拉强度和伸长率分别为453.41 MPa和14.2%

比未加非晶合金的分别提高了24.7%和65.7%

加入0.05%的FeBSi非晶合金后ZL107合金的α-Al和共晶Si明显细化

主要强化机制为细晶强化和第二相强化。

Abstract

The effects of 0.05% FeBSi amorphous alloy with different inoculation time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast and heat treated ZL107 were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the ZL107 alloy are increased significantly with the addition of 0.05% FeBSi amorphous alloy. The tensile strength and elongation of ZL107 with inoculation time of 30 min reach 453.41 MPa and 14.2% respectively

which is 24.7% and 65.7% higher than the ZL107 without FeBSi amorphous alloy

respectively. The α-Al and eutectic Si in ZL107 alloy are refined obviously after the addition of 0.05% FeBSi amorphous alloy

which is attributed to grain refinement strengthening and secondary phase strengthening.
