Abstract

Pipe jacking belongs to thin-walled extension pipe

and its casting blank has a great influence on the quality of finished products.The technological process of micro pipe jacking production was described by vacuum EPC with help of the current domestic equipment

and the origination of the defects such as slag inclusion and inclusion in micro pipe jacking during the production process was analyzed in detail. The prevention and control measures were put forward. The process scheme was designed through the equipment upgrading and the optimization of the gating system. By means of continuous improvement and trial production

the satisfied effect could be realized.
