根据某款汽车变速器壳体外形及孔位的结构特点
对铸件浇注系统、多滑块内嵌式抽芯结构设计以及模具冷却系统的设计要点进行分析
认为压铸件结构及浇注系统决定模具结构。合理的模具结构不仅能提高成品率及生产效率
还可简化压铸模具加工工艺流程
从而降低模具制造成本。
Abstract
According to the structural characteristics of the housing shape and hole position of a vehicle gearbox housing
the key design points of gating system
multiple slider and embedded sequential core-pulling mechanism and mold cooling system were analyzed. It can be concluded that the product structure and gating system are closely related with the mold structure
and a reasonable mold structure can not only improve the yield and production efficiency
but also simplify the process flow of die casting die
so as to reduce the mould manufacturing costs.
