铝合金铸造浇勺涂层涂覆新工艺研究
摘要
铝合金活塞在铸造过程中需要使用表面涂覆有涂料的浇勺承载铝液
涂料起到隔热保温并防止粘铝的作用。在清理修整浇勺后
使用半开放式电烘箱对浇勺进行涂刷前预热
以及涂刷后涂料的烘烤
使浇勺内外侧涂层同时充分受热
提高加热效率
改善作业环境
同时延长涂层寿命
手工铁质浇勺的寿命提高了233%
机械陶瓷浇勺的寿命提高了178%。
Abstract
In aluminum-alloy piston casting process
ladle which covered with coating was used to carry aluminum.The coating can provide thermal insulation and prevent from sticking aluminum.After cleaning and repairing the ladle
semi-open electric oven was used to preheat the ladle for painting and to heat the coating after ladle painted to sufficiently heated both inner and outside coating surface inside the oven the ladle.Heating efficiency and coating lifetime were improved greatly.The service life of hand-iron ladle and mechanical ceramic ladle are imprived 233% and 178%
