转子支架铸造工艺设计与数值模拟
摘要
基于ProCAST软件模拟了转子低碳合金钢支架铸件的充型过程
分析了铸件可能出现夹渣原因
并提出浇注系统加过滤网、冒口与冷铁配合使用的工艺方案
并对改进方案进行了数值模拟分析。结果发现
浇注系统加过滤网可以吸附夹杂、平稳液流。冒口与冷铁配合使用可消除铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷。试生产表明
该工艺可获得品质良好
能满足使用要求的转子支架铸件。
Abstract
The casting process design of rotor spider was investigated.The filling process was simulated by using the ProCAST software.Based on the simulated results
the origination of slag inclusion was analyzed
then the gating system with filter and casting process design of chill and riser were proposed to improve the casting quality.Numerical simulation was used to analyze the filling process of the gating system with filter and the casting process of chill and riser design.The results reveal that the gating system with filter can absorb the inclusion and stabilize the liquid flow.The casting process design of chill and riser can improve the feeding effect and eliminate the shrinkage cavity and porosity defects.The production verification by using the optimized technology was carried out
and desirable quality of rotor spider could be obtained
which could meet the technical requirement.
