采用自由液面模拟追踪方法
研究截面突变和液流前沿汇接对合金液液面上升平稳度的影响
阐述了表面膜缺陷的形成机制
并对浇注系统提出改进措施。
Abstract
The filling process of large-size hollow thin-walled Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloy castings was analyzed
and the FLOW-3 Dsoftware was applied with combination of the method of free surface simulation tracking.The influence of abrupt changes in the cross section and the convergence of the front of the liquid flow on the stability of the liquid surface rise was investigated
and the formation mechanism of the surface film defects was also described.Finally
some improvements of the gating system were presenetd.
