The combination of numerical simulation and experimental research was used to analyze the feasibility of vacuum suction casting technology in the field of art casting by taking typical Guangong art castings as an example
and the pouring process design of vacuum suction casting hollow thin-walled art castings was explored. The results show that the process can manufacture successfully complete hollow thin-walled art castings with absence of defects on the surface
which meets the requirements of art crafts. With filling speed of 60 mm/s
the suction casting temperature of 710 ℃ and the mold temperature of 350 ℃
