熔体混合处理对A356铝合金组织的影响

采用熔体混合技术处理A356铝合金
并通过再次重熔加热研究熔体混合处理细化效果的稳定性。利用光学显微镜观察合金组织
用Image Pro金相分析软件测定了初生α-Al相的平均直径。结果表明
熔体混合技术能较好地细化A356铝合金中的初生α-Al相
且A356铝合金的熔体混合处理在650℃下具有较好的一次重熔稳定性。
Abstract
The A356 aluminum alloy was treated by melt mixing treatment
and the stability of the melt mixing treatment was analyzed by remelting heating.The microstructure of the A356 alloy was observed with an optical microscope
and the average diameter of the primaryα-Al phase was determined by Image Pro metallographic analysis software.The results show that the melt mixing treatment can refine the primaryα-Al phase in A356 alloy
and it has a better primary remelting stability at 650℃.
