研究了紫铜结晶器砂型低压铸造工艺
重点从砂芯设计、紫铜熔炼等方面进行了探讨。采用酚醛树脂为粘结剂的型砂
砂芯含水量为8%
湿态透气性>70Pa
湿压强度为0.02~0.03MPa
干拉强度为0.1~0.2MPa
型芯烘干
最高炉温为180~200℃;采用中频感应电炉熔炼
Cu温在1 200~1 220℃
可脱氧浇注。磷铜脱氧加入量<0.05%
并采用真空除气。
Abstract
Low-pressure casting red copper crystallizer was analyzed
focusing on the design of sand mould
melting of red copper.In sand mould
the resin was adopted as adhesive
and the moisture content of the sand mould is 8% with the permeability in liquid above 70 Pa and green compression strength of 0.02~0.03 MPa
dry tensile strength of 0.1~0.2 MPa as well as baking the core.In addition
the highest furnace temperature is 180~200℃
and melting in intermediate frequency induction electric furnace with temperature of 1 200~1 220℃and deoxidization casting.The amount of the deoxidization phosphor-copper is below 0.05% with adopting the vacuum degassing.
