研究慢压射工艺对YZAlSi9Cu3发动机气缸体压铸件组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明
发动机气缸体加工面气孔主要由慢压射工艺设计不合理导致
慢压射速度大于0.4m/s时
铸件卷气量较大
Al液包裹冲头油燃烧产生胶状物较多
铸件综合性能下降;慢压射速度设为0.2m/s时
铸件组织致密
含渣量较少
气孔率低
力学性能较好。
Abstract
The effects of low-speed process on the porosity
microstructure and mechanical properties of YZAlSi9 Cu3 die-casting parts were investigated by means of optical microscopy
X-ray inspection and mold flow analysis
etc
combined with orthogonal test and mechanical testing.The experimental results show that the air hole in the machining surface of an engine cylinder block is mainly caused by the unreasonable design of the low speed process.When the slow injection speed is more than 0.4 m/s
the entrapped-gas volume of the castings is increased
and the liquid of the piston is more than the piston oil
so comprehensive performance is decreased.When the slow injection low speed is 0.2 m/s
the casting structure presents sound with a little slag content and low porosing
