Abstract

The process of the shell aluminum alloy die-castings was analyzed.The structure design of the die-casting die for the horizontal cold-press chamber die-casting machine was introduced in detail

the side core pulling design and the demoulding mechanism design.The working principle and structural characteristics of the die-casting die were expounded

which provided a reference for the design of die-casting die structure for horizontal cold-press chamber die-casting machine.
