Ostwald粗化作用很弱。

Abstract

Ag-Ni alloys with Ni-rich particles uniformly dispersed in Ag matrix were prepared by rapid/sub-rapid solidification method.A model describing the microstructure evolution during cooling of Ag-Ni monotectic alloy melt was proposed.The solidification process of Ag-Ni alloy has been simulated and discussed in details.Effects of alloy composition on microstructure formation of Ag-Ni alloy were analyzed.The results demonstrate that the average radius of the Ni-rich particles is increased with the increase of nickel content.The Ostwald coarsening of the Ni-rich droplets/particles is very weak during the solidification process of a Ag-Ni alloy melt

which is controlled by nucleation and growth.
