摘要

通过对比施加与未施加控冷环缝式电磁搅拌（IC-AEMS）熔体均匀化处理技术

对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金初生Al

Zr相的析出行为以及组织细化的影响进行了研究。结果表明

施加IC-AEMS后

Zr粒子形貌从大尺寸针状与板状变成细小弥散分布的块状;此外

相比未施加IC-AEMS处理的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的凝固组织

施加IC-AEMS后

合金细化效果与组织均匀性得到提高

平均晶粒尺寸由387μm减小至218μm。

Abstract

In order to understand influence of internal cooling with annular electromagnetic stirring（IC-AEMS）treatment

the precipitation behavior of the primary Al

Zr phase and the solidification structure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy

was investigated by optical microscope（OM）and scanning electron microscope（SEM）.The results show that with IC-AEMS

the morphology of Al

Zr particles is transformed from needle and plate-like to small and finely distributed blocks.Compared with the microstructure of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy without IC-AEMS

the refining effect and uniformity of the microstructure is improved greatly with IC-AEMS treatment

where the average grain size is reduced from 387μm to 218μm.
