气缸体由于结构复杂

制造精度要求高

因而生产难度大。从炉料配比、铁水化学成分选择、球化剂与孕育剂选择以及铸造工艺选择、生产工艺控制等方面进行分析

生产出符合品质要求的气缸体铸件

从而降低了气缸体废品率。

Abstract

The cylinder is difficult to manufacture because of its complex structure and high manufacturing accuracy. In order to assure quality and reduce the waste products rate

it should be analyzed from aspects of raw materials

chemical composition of liquid iron

inoculants selection and processing selection

product processing control.
