The decrease of oxygen content and crack in oxygen-free copper ingots were analyzed. Firstly
through the development of an integrated holding temperature smelting furnace
the holding temperature and melting process were integrated into the whole. Therefore
the traditional three-stage fabrication method of alloy copper was modified into a two-stage fabrication method of holding smelting and drawing casting of anaerobic copper. Secondly
the gate valve technology of controlling melt flow and stopping was proposed and realized. Thirdly
the crack of anaerobic copper ingot with width/thickness ratio of 650 mm/20 mm was analyzed. Finally
the reasonable cooling parameters were determined through experiments. With ingot oxygen content ≤0.000 4% and density increased to 8.94~8.95 g/cm
