摘要

金属/陶瓷体系的润湿性是决定金属陶瓷性能的重要因素之一。从金属/陶瓷体系润湿性的分类出发

分析了影响体系润湿性的因素。金属/陶瓷体系的润湿情况可分为非反应性润湿和反应性润湿

其中反应性润湿又分为氧化还原润湿和溶解性润湿。影响金属/陶瓷体系润湿性的因素主要有陶瓷基体的表面粗糙度和晶粒取向、保护气氛、合金元素含量、保温温度和陶瓷基体处理方法等。

Abstract

The wettability of metal/ceramic systems is one of the decisive factors in the structure and properties of cermets. Based on the classification of wettability of cermet system

the factors affecting the wettability of the system were described. The wettability of cermet systems is divided into non-reactive wetting and reactive wetting

wherein reactive wetting is further divided into redox and wet wetting. The factors affecting the wettability of cermet system are mainly the surface roughness and grain orientation of the ceramic substrate

the protective atmosphere

the alloying element content

the holding temperature and the ceramic matrix processing method.
