保证了产品的品质
并使产品得到量产。
Abstract
Aiming at the new-generation high-performance transmission housing
the mold flow analysis can predict effectively the manufacturing risk of the product and optimize the process design of the gating system.The robot can take parts automatically
which can reduce effectively labor intensity and improve production efficiency.Through the analysis and improvement of casting defects
the internal quality and appearance quality of the products were improved effectively
and the products were successfully batch of produced.
