In order to explore the effects of process parameters on LFC components
through setting vacuum degree
permeability rate of coating layer and casting modulus
gravity-exhaust capacity user model was established based on the Flow-3D redevelopment.The simulated result of vertical plate was analyzed comparatively with the experiment ones.The results reveal that the filling morphology and time of liquid metal based on the developed model are well agreement with experimental ones
which shows that the redevoped model based on the Flow-3D can simulate desirably the LFC process.
