介绍了一种复杂薄壁型铝合金铸件的铸造工艺,并设计了环形底注式双浇道的浇注系统。借助ProCAST软件对铸造过程进行模拟,对初始方案充型和凝固过程的温度场进行分析,确定铸件可能产生缩松、缩孔缺陷的位置及原因。通过在合适位置添加冒口和冷铁,改变铸件的凝固顺序,实现了对缺陷位置进行有效补缩的目的,从而提高了铸件的成品率。
The casting process of complex thin-wall aluminum alloy castings was described,and a double runner system with annular bottom injection was designed.The casting process was simulated by using ProCAST software,and temperature field of the filling and solidification process of the initial design was analyzed to determine the locations of shrinkage cavity and porosity of the casting.Through adding risers and cold iron in the appropriate locations to change the solidification sequence of the casting,the defect locations were effectively feeded and the casting production yield was improved.
