细菌感染是硬组织修复替代用金属材料临床亟待解决的问题之一。通过在传统不锈钢、钛合金和新型合金等医用金属材料中添加Cu元素赋予合金自身的抗感染能力是解决上述问题的有效方法之一。综述了Cu

离子的抗菌机理及近年来国内外在含铜医用金属抗菌材料方面的最新研究进展

并对研究中存在的问题加以总结与分析

对未来研究进行了展望。

Abstract

Bacterial infection is one of the most urgent clinical problems in metallic biomaterials for the hard tissue repair and replacement.It is an effective way to solve the above problems by adding Cu element to traditional stainless steel
