阳极氧化电流密度对热浸镀铝45钢耐蚀性能影响

为改善45号钢的表面耐蚀性能,对热浸镀铝45号钢表面采用阳极氧化技术,在硫酸电解液中制备了具有一定厚度的阳极氧化膜,研究了电流密度对氧化膜形貌、厚度及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,热浸镀铝45钢阳极氧化处理后镀层主要包括Al2O3层、镀Al层和Al-Fe合金层3部分。阳极氧化电流密度对氧化膜的厚度和形貌有较大影响,进而影响其耐蚀性。随着电流密度增大,氧化膜厚度增加,表面孔洞尺寸变大、面积增加,材料的耐蚀性能先提高后降低。在电流密度为2.0A/dm2下氧化30min,热浸镀铝45号钢在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电流密度比氧化前降低了2个数量级,电荷转移电阻提高了20倍,耐蚀性显著改善。
To improve the corrosion resistance of 45 steel,hot-dip aluminizing and anodic oxidation were adopted to prepare an anodic oxidation film with a certain thickness on the surface of the 45 steel.The effects of current density on the morphology,thickness and corrosion resistance of oxidation film were analyzed.The results reveal that the anodized coating of hot dip aluminized 45 steel is mainly composed of alumina layer,aluminized layer and aluminum-ferroalloy layer.Current density can affect significantly the thickness and morphology of the alumina film,so that the corrosion resistance of the oxidation film is affected.The thickness of oxidation film is increased with increasing in current density.Meanwhile,the size and area of the pores in surface of the alumina film are also increased with increasing in current density,therefore,the corrosion resistance of the composites is increased firstly and then decreased.After anodic anodized with a current density of 2.0 A/dm2 for 30 minutes,the self-corrosion current density of the hot-dip aluminized 45 steel in 3.5% NaCl solution is decreased by 2 orders of magnitude compared with that of ones before anodizing while the charge transfer resistance is increased by 20 times,indicating that the corrosion resistance is improved significantly.
