According to the current research situation of phase formation rules and alloying design of high-entropy alloys
two methods of designing alloys were reviewed.These methods are parameter calculation methods and computer simulation method.In the parameter calculation method

the electronegativity difference and another parameters were summarized on the phase formation rules and alloy design of solid solution phase

amorphous phase and eutectic phases.In the computer simulation method
the methods of first principles calculation
molecular dynamics simulation and phase diagram simulation were summarized.
