摘要

采用显微组织分析、拉伸试验和XRD分析等方法

研究了不同终轧温度对大应变轧制Al-Cu-Mg-Sc合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明

Al-Cu-Mg-Sc合金中主要存在S相、θ相以及少量Al

Sc相

在不同温度下进行终轧时

显微组织均呈带状特征

且细小第二相粒子也明显沿轧制方向分布。终时效处理后

合金中析出大量细小弥散分布的第二相。终轧温度在200℃以下时

合金抗拉强度变化较小;经200℃终轧+150℃×4h终时效处理后

Al-Cu-Mg-Sc合金具有最佳的综合力学性能

抗拉强度、伸长率分别为622.85MPa和13.33%。

Abstract

Effects of final rolling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of large strained Al-CuMg-Sc alloy were investigated by means of microstructure analysis

tensile test and XRD analysis.The results reveal that there are mainly Sphase

θphase and a small amount of Al

Sc phase in Al-Cu-Mg-Sc alloy.When final rolling at different temperatures

the microstructure presents banded structure and fine second phase particles are distributed along rolling direction.After the final aging treatment

a large amount of fine and dispersed second phase is precipitated in the alloy.When the finishing temperature is below 200℃

the yield strength change of the alloy can be ignored.After final rolling at 200℃+150℃×4 h

Al-Cu-Mg-Sc alloy has the desirable comprehensive mechanical properties

where the tensile strength and elongation reach 622.85 MPa and 13.33%

respectively.
