摘要

介绍了汽车发动机内小型支架的结构和压铸生产的主要难点。小型支架压铸一般采用一模多腔

运用ProCAST软件对一模多腔的小型支架的流动充型过程进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果对设计浇注方案进行优化

实现了多腔的流动平衡。结果表明

采用数值模拟分析软件可以缩短一模多腔的模具开发周期。

Abstract

The product structure and the main difficulties of die casting production of small bracket in automobile engine were described.The multi-cavity mold is generally used in die-casting production of small bracket.The filling of multi-cavity mould was simulated by ProCAST

and the design scheme of feeding system was adjusted according to the simulated results.The multi-cavity flow equilibrium was realized.The results show that the numerical simulation and analysis software can play an important role in the design of with multi-cavity mould and reducing development period of mould.
