高电导率耐热铝合金制备方法探索
摘要
以提高耐热铝合金单丝电导率为目标
研究不同制备方式
以制得电导率为35.670MS/m以上的耐热铝合金单丝。结果表明
在耐热铝合金杆生产时
采用在线添加Al-B合金丝或对铝杆进行300℃×8h热处理两种方案
都可以制作出电导率在35.844MS/m以上的9.5mm铝杆
最后将铝杆进行拉拔制成3.99mm的单丝(电导率≥35.670MS/m)
并且经过耐热性验证(230℃×1h
阿伦纽斯曲线)
抗拉强度残存均达到90%以上
可以满足耐热导线用铝合金单丝标准。
Abstract
In order to improve the monofilament conductivity of heat resistant aluminium alloy
the different preparation methods was developed to prepare heat resistant aluminium alloy monofilament with conductivity more than 35.67 MS/m.The results show that through reasonable adding Al-B alloy wire online or to 300℃×8h heat treatment
aluminum rod with 9.5 mm in diameter and electrical conductivity more than 35.844 MS/m can be obtained.And then aluminum rod was drawn up to monofilament with diameter of 3.99 mm
achieving electric conductivity more than 35.67 MS/m.Heat resistance(230℃×1 h
Arrhenius curve)testing verifies that the tensile strength remains above 90%
which can meet the standard of aluminum alloy monofilament for heat-resistant wire.
