涂料能够减少铸件产生粘砂、夹杂、砂眼、增硫等缺陷
提高铸件表面品质。以镁砂粉为骨料
钠基膨润土和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为悬浮剂
水玻璃和淀粉为粘结剂
以水为载液。采用不同粒度的耐火骨料
镁砂粉目数从200目增加到340目
配置涂料
分别测试涂料各项性能
研究耐火骨料粒度对涂料性能的影响。
Abstract
The coatings can reduce casting defects such as sand sticking
inclusions
sand holes
sulfur-increment and improve surface quality of castings as well as reducing cleaning workload and production costs
improving production efficiency.Magnesia powder was used as aggregate
sodium bentonite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as suspension agent
sodium silicate and starch as binder
and water as carrier.With different size of refractory aggregate
the number of magnesia powder was increased from 200 mesh to 340 mesh.Coatings were designed to test the properties of coatings
and the effect of size of refractory aggregate on the properties of coatings was analyzed.
