Tribaloy T-800 shaft sleeves were produced by silica sol investment casting.After heat treatment

the shaft sleeves meet the requirements.During smelting and pouring process

some key points were paid attention such as the sequence of materials puting into the medium frequency induction furnace

melting temperature

liquid steel temperature-reduction process

pouring temperature.In addition

the riser was covered with thermal insulating agent and controlling the solidifying curve

keeping the castings cool slowly

so shaft sleeves with full Laves′phases were produced.
