铝合金异形臂的断裂失效分析
摘要
分析了铝合金异形臂在使用过程中出现碎裂的问题
并对此进行失效分析。发现异形臂的金相组织、硬度、成分均符合技术要求
扫描电镜分析显示裂纹源处无夹杂物
裂纹源部位的粗糙度为12.5μm
远超技术要求的1.6μm
直角部位无圆角过渡
易产生应力集中
这是导致开裂的主要原因。针对上述原因
采取了提高加工精度和增加安全系数的措施
解决了铝合金异形臂的开裂问题。
Abstract
The aluminium special-shaped arm was broken during use process
and fracture failure analysis was carried out.The results show that the metallographic
hardness and composition of the special-shaped arm meet the technical requirements.SEM analysis reveals that there is the absence of inclusion at the crack source
and the roughness of the crack site reaches 12.5μm
which is much higher than the technical requirement of 1.6μm
and there is no fillet transition at the right corner
which is responsible for cracking.In view of the above reasons
two measures of improving the processing accuracy and increasing the safety factor were adopted
and the cracking problem of the special-shaped arm of aluminium alloy was solved.
