Al-Cu异种金属的电子束搭接焊接研究
摘要
采用铝上铜下的搭接形式
对于4mm厚的7N01P-T4铝合金板与5mm厚的紫铜板进行了电子束焊接
研究了焊接速度对Al-Cu异种金属搭接接头组织与性能的影响。结果表明
当焊接电压为65kV
电流为60mA
聚焦电流为445mA时
在焊接速度为600mm/min和800mm/min时
接头中出现了严重裂纹;当焊接速度为1 000mm/min时
内部裂纹缺陷明显减少
且在Al-Cu接头的界面处形成了一层Al
2
Cu金属间化合物以及片层极细的(α-Al+Al
2
Cu)共晶组织。此外
在接头中Al侧的焊缝区是由尺寸较大的α-Al和(α-Al+Al
2
Cu)共晶组织构成。另外
在该参数下获得接头的载荷最高
可达2.05kN
断裂于Al一侧的焊缝区。
Abstract
The lap welding of the 4 mm thick 7N01P-T4 Al alloy sheet and 5 mm thick Cu sheet was performed by electric beam welding.The effects of welding speeds on interfacial microstructure and performance of lap joints were investigated.The results reveal that with the welding voltage of 65 kV
the welding current of 60 mA and the focusing current of 445 mA
obvious cracks in the joints can be observed at the speeds of 600 mm/min and800 mm/min.When the welding speed is 1 000 mm/min
the sound lap joint can be obtained.A layer of Al
2
Cu intermetallic compound and a very fine(α-Al+Al
2
Cu)eutectic structure can be generated at the Al-Cu interface in the Al-Cu joint.In the Al side of the joint
the weld zone is mainly composed of the larger(α-Al andα-Al+Al
2
Cu)eutectic structure.In addition
the joints load obtained at this speed reaches 2.05 kN
