lower-temperature wax coating pattern and gating system assembly cluster as well as plaster investment casting molding-baking

ZL101 Acylinder head was produced successfully under negative pressure conditions.And then the cylinder head was treated by T6 heat treatment and measured.The results reveal that the surface roughness

the ultimate tensile strength and elongation reach 11.894μm

142 MPa and 5.5%

respectively.After T6 heat treatment

the mechanics properties of ZL101 Acylinder head are 106 HBW in hardness

218 MPa in tensile strength

1.2%in elongation

respectively.
