从铝合金压铸件气孔缺陷形成机理、铸造工艺和熔炼工艺等方面进行研究
采取了一系列相关措施。首先
提高压铸高速起点和降低脱模剂喷涂时间
效果不佳。然后
延长铝液的除气时间以降低其氢含量
效果仍然不明显。最后
在改善措施基础上
利用模拟软件
通过优化浇注系统
成功将铸件气孔不良率由2.5%降低到0.12%。
Abstract
The gas hole in the face for marking of an aluminum alloy cylinder block was analyzed.Based on the forming mechanism analysis of gas hole
casting parameters and smelting process of aluminum alloy die castings
a series of countermeasures were taken into accounted.First
through changing the high-speed starting point and the blowing time of release agent
the effects are unsatisfied.Then
the degassing time of the aluminum liquid is extended to reduce the hydrogen density
however
the effect presents poor.Finally
based on the previous improvement measures
the sinulation was carried out.Through optimizing gating system
gas hole in the die casting components is reduced from 2.5%to 0.12%.
