摘要

对不同成分Mg-Ga-Hg-Ce-Y新型稀土合金进行铸造工艺试验

并进行了耐腐蚀性能、充放电性能和显微组织分析。结果表明

同时添加Ce、Y的新型汽车电池稀土镁合金的腐蚀失重率

较不含Ce、Y和仅含Ce的合金分别减少25%、9%;同时添加Ce、Y的稀土镁合金的放电容量保持率较不含Ce、Y和仅含Ce的合金分别提高5.4%、1.7%

表现出更佳的耐腐蚀性能和充放电性能。

Abstract

The new type rare earth alloy Mg-Ga-Hg-Ce-Y for automotive battery was prepared by casting method

and the corrosion resistance

charge-discharge performance and microstructure of the alloy were analyzed comparatively.The results show that the corrosion weightlessness of the rare earth alloy with Ce and Y is reduced by 25%and 9%

respectively

compared with that of the alloy without Ce and Y and containing only Ce

and the discharge capacity retention rate is increased by 5.4%and 1.7%

respectively

presenting the better corrosion resistance and charge-discharge performance.
