非晶粉末。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)等研究分析了不同球磨时间下
粉末的相组成、微观形貌以及热稳定性的变化。结果表明
机械合金化可以制备出Al
非晶粉末。球磨时间为100h时
粉末基本完全达到非晶化。合金粉末的热稳定性随着球磨时间的延长不断提升
整体表现为放热峰右移
进一步证明了非晶粉末的形成。
Al
amorphous powders were prepared by a mechanical alloying process.The phase structure
microstructure and thermal stability of the powder under different milling time were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry
differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicate that Al
amorphous powder can be prepared by mechanical alloying.With milling for 100 h
the powder basically presents amorphous state.The thermal stability of the alloy powder is increased with the increase of the ball milling time
and the overall performance shows that the exothermic peak is shifted to the right
further confirming the formation of the amorphous phase.
