铝合金支撑臂的铸造工艺改进
摘要
针对铝合金支撑臂铸件厚大平面出现缩孔、缩松的问题
对缺陷成因进行了分析。通过改变铸造工艺方案
由原来的砂型铸造改为金属型铸造
基于AnyCasting软件对支撑臂的铸造过程进行了模拟
结合仿真模拟
解决了前期设计中的缩孔、缩松缺陷。经实际生产验证
工艺方案合理
已实现批量生产。
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of shrinkage porosities(holes)in the thick and large plane of the aluminum alloy support arm
the origination of the defects was analyzed.The shrinkage porosities(holes)in the early design was solved effectively by changing the casting process from sand mold casting to permanent casting and combining with the simulation analysis by the AnyCasting Practical production has verified that the process scheme was reasonable and batch production has been realized.
