摘要

针对稀土Gd含量较高的镁合金开展了半固态等温处理研究。结果表明

温度及保温时间对该合金半固态微观组织球化效果的影响作用明显。随着温度提高

Mg-Gd合金中的固相颗粒含量先增大后减小

主要是由于晶粒的长大趋势、晶界液相增多、晶粒内部液相相互连通分割等作用的结果

而晶粒的球化效果随着温度的增加及时间的延长而提高

其圆整度系数约为1.1。

Abstract

Semi-solid isothermal treatment of magnesium alloys with high Gd content was investigated.The results reveal that temperature and holding time have the obvious effect on the spheroidization of its semi-solid microstructure.With the increase of temperature

the solid particles in the Mg-Gd alloy are increased firstly and then decreased

which is mainly attributed to the growth trend of grain size

increase of liquid phase in grain boundary

interconnection and segmentation of liquid phase inside grains.The spheroidization effect of grain presents desirable increasingly with the increase of temperature and time

and the roundness of the particles is about 1.1.
