The spray technique was applied to the dispersion forming of graphene composite particles. The effects of nozzle structure
jet distance
direct and swirl pressure ratio on the dispersion range and dispersion uniformity of graphene composite particles were investigated. The results show that the dispersion range of composite particles is slihtly affected by the nozzle outlet structure and decreased with the decrease of the injection distance. When the injection distance is 2mm
the composite particle sputtering coefficient is about 0.65.Compared with theⅡtype nozzle
the composite particle concentration zone obtained by theⅠtype nozzle injection is relatively small. In controlling the dispersion uniformity of composite particles
the pressure ratio has no obvious influence on the dispersion uniformity of theⅠ-type nozzle
while it has a great influence on the dispersion uniformity of theⅡtype nozzle. When the pressure ratio is 0.4
theⅡtype nozzle can obtain the desirable dispersion effect.
