基于压铸工艺,针对汽车发动机铝合金悬挂支架,应用有限元分析,从原材料、压铸模具、压铸工艺过程等方面进行分析,设计制造压铸模具并试制成功。通过对悬挂支架检验及试验,证明悬挂支架铸件符合技术要求。
Based on die-casting theory,the die casting process of automobile engine aluminum alloy suspension bracket was analyzed.Using finite element analysis technology,raw materials,die-casting mold,die casting process were analyzed.Based on analysis results,die casting mould was designed and manufactured.Through the test of the suspension bracket,it is proved that the suspension bracket product is safe and reliable.
