CuCrZr导电合金的制备方法与性能关系
摘要
分别采用直接冶炼法、包覆添加法与合金添加法制备了CuCrZr合金
并通过相同的热处理方法与后续加工方法
制备成螺旋弹簧
并对其性能进了测试。结果发现
合金添加法制备的CuCrZr合金具有良好的抗拉强度与弹性模量
分别约为493MPa与180GPa;其抗压变性能良好
螺旋角为60°
回弹后与短轴差值最小
具有优良的导电性能。
Abstract
CuCrZr alloys were prepared by alloy addition method
directly melting and cladding addition method
and spiral springs were produced based on the same heat treatment and subsequent processing.In addition
the properties of the spiral spring produced were tested.The results show that the alloy prepared by the alloying addition has good tensile strength and elasticity modulus
which is about 493 MPa and 180 GPa
respectively
and its compressive resistance exhibits desirable
where the helix angle is 60 degrees
and difference of short axis is the smallest before and after the test
showing the satisfied electrical conductivity performance.
