摘要

采用搅拌摩擦加工（FSP）技术制备出具有细晶结构的ZL108铝合金

并对其微观组织、力学和阻尼性能进行研究。结果发现

ZL108铝合金FSP后

基体中粗大的Si相得到显著细化和均匀化

合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均随着FSP旋转速度的增加而增大。研究还发现

ZL108铝合金内耗值随着温度的升高而增大

当温度高于200℃时

FSP试样中存在大量细小晶界和相界的滑移运动

将外界施加的振动能转化为内能

有利于改善合金的高温阻尼性能

使得FSP试样的阻尼性能明显高于母材

其中FSP旋转速度为300r/min的试样阻尼性能最高;ZL108铝合金的存储模量随着温度的升高而降低

而FSP试样的存储模量高于母材的。

Abstract

The ZL108 aluminum alloy with fine grain structure was prepared by friction stir processing（FSP）technology

and its microstructure

mechanical properties and damping capacity were investigated.The results reveal that after the FSPed

the coarse Si phase in the ZL108 aluminum alloy is significantly refined with more uniform distribution

and tensile strength and elongation of the ZL108 aluminum alloy are increased with the increase of the FSP rotation speed.In addition

the internal friction value of ZL108 aluminum alloy is increased with the increase of temperature.When the temperature is higher than 200℃

there exists a lot of fine grain boundary and phase boundary slip movement in the FSP sample

and the external vibration energy is converted into internal energy

which is beneficial to improving the high temperature damping behavior performance of the alloy.The damping behavior of the FSPed sample is significantly higher than that of the base metal

and the FSP sample with the rotation speed of 300 r/min has the highest damping behavior.The storage modulus of the ZL108 alloy is decreased as the temperature increase

and the storage modulus of the FSPed sample is higher than that of the base metal.
