汽车冷凝管用铝材的研制
摘要
针对1100铝合金汽车冷凝管加工过程要求高
挤压成形管壁厚度仅约为0.2mm
管壁不得有破损、夹杂
且表面光亮等要求
对1100铝合金熔体处理、浇注、轧制工艺等关键过程进行了控制。结果表明
生产1100铝合金时
每100g铝液的含氢量不超过0.13mL
且内部组织为细小的等轴晶。铝材产品加工性能良好
可很好地满足使用要求。
Abstract
Aiming at requirements of high processing conditions
the thickness of the extruded tube wall only about 0.2 mm as well as absence of damage and inclusion in the wall with smooth for the 1100 aluminum alloy for automobile condensing pipe
the key control points in process of melt treatment
casting and rolling were explored.The results indicate that by adopting the optimizing parameters
the hydrogen content of molten aluminum is less than 0.13 mL/100 g
and microstructure of the alloy presents small equiaxed crystal.The final product is verified by user’s application that its processing performance exhibits the satisfied effects
meeting requirements.
