摘要

采用Deform-3D软件模拟了ZK60镁合金关于等通道角挤压（ECAP）及二次挤压的变形过程并进行试验验证。研究了ECAP和二次挤压对晶粒细化效果的影响

讨论了ECAP和二次挤压过程中材料流动和变形均匀性以及挤压载荷和有效应变的变化规律。模拟结果表明

在275～300℃进行ECAP

再在150℃下进行二次挤压

试样可以获得较大的分布均匀的应变

从而获得良好性能的超细ZK60镁合金。试验所得晶粒细化的结果与模拟结果符合。

Abstract

Commercial software Deform-3D was used to simulate the deformation process of ZK60 magnesium alloy on equal channel angle extrusion（ECAP）and secondary extrusion.In order to understand the influence of secondary extrusion and ECAP on grain refinement

the variation of billet flow and deformation uniformity

extrusion load and effective strain during ECAP and secondary extrusion were discussed.The simulated results show that with the temperature at 275～300℃for ECAP and secondary extrusion at 150℃

the billet can obtain a large distribution of uniform strain

further obtaining an ultrafine magnesium alloy with good performance.The results of the grain refinement obtained in the experiment are agreement well with the simulation ones.
