镁锂合金时效行为研究现状及展望
摘要
镁锂合金是最轻的金属结构材料
由于其存在时效软化现象
极大限制了推广应用。综述了近年来国内外对镁锂合金时效软化机理的研究
如时效析出相的长大、聚集和粗化
以及析出的亚稳硬化相在随后时效进程中转变为稳定的软化相等
讨论了能有效抑制时效软化的途径
最后对镁锂合金的时效行为研究进行了展望。
Abstract
Magnesium-lithium alloy is the lightest metal structural material
which exhibits promising potential in weight reduction of aircrafts.However
the phenomenon of aging softening observed strongly retards its further application.The mechanisms of age-softening were reviewed
including the growth
segregation and coarsening of matrix precipitates and the transformation from metastable phases to equilibrium phases with prolonged aging time.Then
several effective methods were expounded which could inhibit the age-softening.Finally
prospect for the investigations on aging behavior of Mg-Li alloy was described.
