熔体处理对ZL114A合金石膏型精铸件的影响
摘要
通过力学性能测试和显微组织观察
研究了熔体处理对ZL114A合金石膏型精铸件缩松缺陷和力学性能的影响。结果表明
变质试样力学性能较未变质试样出现大幅下降与缩松增多有关。Sr的加入相当于改变了合金凝固范围
使试样倾向于糊状凝固;而变质剂和熔体反应形成的夹杂未被处理干净
以及熔体处理时间过长
均加剧了气缩松的形成。
Abstract
Through mechanical properties test and microstructural observation
effects of melt treatment on porosities and mechanical properties of gypsum mold casting ZL114 Aalloy sample were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of the modified samples are decreased significantly compared with those of the unmodified ones
which are related to the increase of shrinkage.The addition of Sr is equivalent to changing the solidification range of the melts so that the sample tends to be solidified in the mushy zone
and the inclusion formed by the reaction of the modifier and melts is not treated fully
and the melt treatment time is longer
which are responsible for the formation of "gas shrinkage".
