摘要

采用不同填充砂和直浇道类型的消失模工艺铸造ZL101合金试样

分析比较其组织与性能。结果表明

填充铁丸比填充宝珠砂的消失模铸造ZL101合金针孔少、组织细小

铸态与T6热处理后的抗拉强度提高10%以上;用空心纸管代替EPS泡沫做直浇道

可以减少铸件针孔

改善合金组织

从而提高铝合金铸件的力学性能。

Abstract

The ZL101 castings were produced by using LFC process with different supporting sand and sprue

and microstructure and mechanical properties of LFC ZL101 castings were analyzed comparatively.The results show that the microstructure of ZL101 castings produced by LFC process with steel shot filling is finer with less pin-hole

and a tensile strength at as-cast and T6-treated is 10% higher than those of ones with ceramcore sand filling.Using paper hollow sprue instead of foam sprue is beneficial in reducing pinhole

improving the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy castings.
