    摘要

    以锡青铜材料作为研究对象,在Simufact有限元仿真软件中,对相同毛坯分别进行强力旋压与变薄拉深的有限元数值模拟。以连杆衬套成形件的等效塑性应变和等效应力作为性能评价指标,比较2种成形工艺对连杆衬套性能的影响。结果发现,锡青铜连杆衬套三旋轮错距强力旋压衬套具有更高的强度,三次连续变薄拉深连杆衬套具有较好的塑性。最后采用拉伸试验验证了仿真结果的准确性。

    Abstract

    The same tin bronze blank was separately subjected to strong spinning and thinning and deep drawing based on the Simufact finite element simulation software.The equivalent plastic strain and equivalent stress of the connecting rod were taken as performance evaluation index to understand the effects of the two forming processes on the performance of the connecting rod bushing.The simulated results reveal that three-wheel wheel offset distance strong spinning for tin bronze joint bushing has the higher strength,while three successive thinning drawing link bushings presents the better plasticity.Finally,the tensile test has verified the feasibility of the simulation results.
