In the process of industrialization,information technology has become an important means for casting companies to improve their level in production management and core competitiveness.For aviation titanium alloy castings manufacturing enterprises,a management method of integrated process was put forward in outsourcing based on informatization which consists of six links:plans of outsourcing,the establishments of the univalent bank of outsourcing,the commissions of outsourcing,the acceptances of outsourcing,the settlements of outsourcing and the reports of the cost of outsourcing.Based on the company’s titanium alloy precision casting digital manufacturing platform,it has also constructed a corresponding system management program and process,and the application effect shows that the overall level of outsourcing management and outsourcing benefits have been improved greatly.
