摘要

采用工业纯铝、氟钛酸钾和石墨粉在电弧作用下制备Al-6Ti-1C中间合金

并利用OM、SEM、XRD和EDS对Al-6Ti-1C中间合金的显微组织和物相成分进行观察和分析

并采用Al-6Ti-1C中间合金对工业纯铝进行细化试验。结果表明

电流对Al-Ti-C中间合金的显微组织有着重要的影响。随着电流改变

TiAl3和TiC粒子的形态和分布也随之发生改变

并影响其细化晶粒的效果。在电流为70A时

电弧作用下制备出的Al-6Ti-1C中间合金对工业纯铝的细化效果最好。

Abstract

Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloys were prepared by the arc action using industrial pure aluminum

potassium fluorotitanate and graphite powders.The microstructure and phase composition of Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloys were observed and analyzed by OM

SEM

XRD

and EDS.Then it was utilized to refine industrial pure aluminum.The results reveal that current has an important influence on the microstructure of Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloys.With the change of current

the morphology and distribution of TiAl3 particles are also changed

which controls the effect of grain refinement.With the current of 70 A

the Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloy prepared by the arc presents the desirable refining effect on industrial pure aluminum.
