3D打印塑胶芯盒在铁路铸钢件中的应用
摘要
采用SLS、SLA、FDM及机加工4种工艺
选取了尼龙、光敏树脂、PLA及ABS等4种材质
制备了4种材质的铁路货车侧架字码
并进行了小批量制芯试验
以验证3D打印塑胶芯盒在铁路铸钢件中应用的适用性。结果表明
4种材质芯盒的强度、耐磨性能等满足铸造砂芯生产的要求
3D打印光敏树脂芯盒尺寸精度及表面粗糙度较高
具有加工效率高、制件精度高、成本低、便于修模及结构更改、模具质量轻等诸多优势
适宜于铸钢件的试制及小批量生产。

FDM and machining technologies were used to prepare side frame characters in railway vehicle with polyamide
photopolymer
PLA and ABS.Meanwhile
small batches of core-making experiments were carried out to validate the suitability of the 3D printing plastic core in railway castings.The results indicate that the strength and wear-resistance of the four kinds of materials can satisfy requirements of sand core production.Dimensional precision and surface quality of the photopolymer core are more desriable.3D printing photopolymer core has the advantages of high processing efficiency

low cost
easy to repair and change the structure and light weight of mould
which is suitable for application to the trial production and small batch production of steel castings.
