需要通过X射线无损检测技术来判定其质量。传统的检测方法依赖于人工评片
检测人员凭经验定性判别缺陷的有无和等级大小
工作强度大且缺乏客观性。提出一种基于数字图像处理技术的自动评片方案
通过图像分割算法提取缺陷区域
计算缺陷的几何参数来实现其定量分析。结果表明
提出的方案可以用来辅助人工评片
满足生产检测需求。
Abstract
Internal defects is easily formed in aluminum alloy wheels during production
and it’s quality needs to be evaluated through X-ray non-destructive testing technology.The traditional detection method is dependant on manual evaluation
which detects qualitatively by experience with high strenght work and lack objective data.An automatic detection method based on digital image processing technology was proposed
which could extracts defect area by using image segmentation algorithm and calculating the geometric parameters of the defect to achieve its quantitative results.The experimental results reveal that the proposed method can be used to assist the manual evaluation and meet the needs of production test.
