锌夹层对铝-铜搅拌摩擦搭接焊接头的影响
摘要
对2mm厚的6061铝合金和T2铜薄板进行搅拌摩擦搭接焊接
采用30μm厚的纯Zn箔作为预置夹层
分析了Zn夹层添加对其搭接接头微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明
通过添加Zn夹层
可以实现Al-Cu异种金属之间的搭接焊接。在下压量为0.1mm时
接头成形良好
无明显焊接缺陷
此时载荷最大(2.8kN);随着下压量增加(0.2mm)
钩状缺陷尺寸增加
导致有效板厚降低
使载荷略微下降;而过大的下压量(0.3 mm)会引起焊接缺陷。Zn夹层的添加
促进了接头钩状区中Al和Cu基体之间的合金化反应
形成了厚度约为4μm、以Al和Cu元素为主、且含有微量Zn元素的过渡层
从而减轻了钩状区尖端缺陷对接头性能的不利影响
同时增加了接头的有效连接面积
最终改善了接头质量。
Abstract
The influence of Zn interlayer on the microstructure and mechanical properties of FSLW 6061 aluminum alloy with 2 mm thick and T2 copper thin plate joints was investigated by adopting pure Zn with 30μm thick as pre-setting interlayer.The results reveal that Al and Cu dissimilar metals can be welded together with the addition of Zn interlayer.At a plunge depth of 0.1 mm
the joint exhibits the satisfied bonding quality with absence of welding defects
and the maximum tensile load reaches about2.8 kN.The joint load is decreased slightly with increasing in the plunge depth(0.2 mm)due to the increase of hook defects size resulting in decrease of effective plate thickness.As the plunge depth increased to 0.3 mm
the more welding defects can be formed in the joints.Zn interlayer can promote the alloying reaction between Al and Cu substrates in the hook zone to form an Al-Cu diffusion layer with a thickness of about 4μm
decreasing the detrimental effect of hook defects on the joint and increasing the effective bonding area
